Data Deletion Request

Flow Adlytics is committed to honouring your right to erasure. This page explains how to request the deletion of your personal data and what happens when you do.

1. Your Right to Erasure

Under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data — also known as the "right to be forgotten". This applies to all personal information we hold about you, including your account details, OAuth tokens, and report configurations.

We will process all verified deletion requests within 30 days of receipt.

2. What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account or submit a deletion request, the following data is permanently removed:

• Your account credentials and login information
• OAuth access and refresh tokens for Meta Ads and Google Sheets
• All automated report configurations and run history
• Saved ad account IDs and aliases
• All other personal information associated with your account

3. What Is Not Affected

Deletion of your Flow Adlytics account does not affect:

• Data already written to your Google Sheets — this remains in your spreadsheets under your full control
• We do not retain copies of your advertising data — it is fetched in real-time and delivered directly to your Sheets, so there is nothing to delete on our end

4. Option 1: Delete via the App

The quickest way to delete your account and all associated data is directly within the app:

• Sign in to your Flow Adlytics account
• Go to Settings
• Scroll to the Danger Zone section
• Click Delete Account and confirm by typing DELETE

This will immediately revoke all connected platform tokens and queue your data for permanent deletion within 30 days.

5. Option 2: Request via Email

If you no longer have access to your account, or prefer to submit a deletion request by email, contact us at the address below. Please include the email address associated with your Flow Adlytics account so we can locate and remove your data.

We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.

6. Meta Platform Data

Flow Adlytics accesses Meta Ads in read-only mode. We request only ads_read permissions — we cannot and do not modify, create, or delete any campaigns, ad sets, or ads.

We do not permanently store your advertising data. Only your OAuth access token is stored, and this is encrypted at rest. When you delete your account, this token is revoked immediately.
