Welcome to Flow Adlytics. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Flow Adlytics platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Flow Adlytics ("we", "us", "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Flow Adlytics is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that helps media buyers automate their advertising reporting. The Service allows you to:
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account.
Each user may only maintain one account. We reserve the right to terminate duplicate accounts.
The Service is offered under several subscription tiers, including a free tier with limited functionality and paid tiers with additional features. Plan details, pricing, and feature limits are described on our Pricing page and may be updated from time to time.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method at the start of each billing cycle.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
We may change our prices from time to time. If we increase prices, we will give you at least 30 days' notice before the new price takes effect. If you do not agree with the new price, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.
You retain full ownership of your advertising data. We access your data solely to provide the Service — specifically, to read advertising metrics from connected platforms and deliver them to your designated Google Sheets.
The Service requests read-only access to your advertising accounts. We do not and cannot create, edit, pause, delete, or otherwise modify your advertising campaigns, ad sets, ads, audiences, or budgets.
We store OAuth access tokens securely to maintain your platform connections. We do not permanently store your advertising data — it is fetched from the advertising platform and delivered directly to your Google Sheets.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (Sheets API), and may integrate with additional advertising platforms in future. Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions, content, or policies of third-party services.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
By using the Service, you agree not to:
All intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to the software, website, design, logos, and documentation, are owned by Flow Adlytics or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose during your subscription period.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any data retrieved from advertising platforms will be complete or accurate. Advertising platforms may change their APIs, data formats, or access policies at any time, which may affect the Service.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLOW ADLYTICS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flow Adlytics and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.
You may terminate your account at any time by using the account deletion feature in Settings or by contacting us at hello@flowadlytics.com. Upon termination, we will revoke your connected platform tokens and delete your stored data within 30 days.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, or if required to do so by law.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any data already delivered to your Google Sheets remains yours and is not affected by termination. We will delete your stored tokens and account data within 30 days of termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
These Terms do not exclude any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be severed from these Terms without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any plan-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Flow Adlytics regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
